Manitowoc’s waterfront River North Apartment building should be ready for occupancy during the first quarter of 2023.
During an appearance on “Welcome Home” last week, Alex Allie of Park Regency Management gave us an update. “Drywall’s being hung, it’s being textured and painted, light fixtures are being installed, baseboard is going in, flooring is being installed. So, I mean we’re to the phase of the project where its exciting and things are happening and moving fast.”
Allie also admitted that “up until now, the construction timeline has been a real challenge as workers deal with issues related to the pandemic.” Then explained, “There’s been some supply chain issues, but also labor shortages and things of that nature. That slowed us down a little bit, but all in all we’re not too far behind schedule and we’re looking at an early February completion.”
One of the attractive features of the “mid-rise” development is that the building has two levels of heated underground parking. Allie explains that pre-leasing of apartments will start soon and for more information either call 920-684-1531 or reach them online at www.live@rivernorth.com.
