Ronald K. Moser, 85, of Manitowoc, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, November 1, 2022 at home.
He was born on September 4, 1937 in Manitowoc to the late Kenneth and Ruth (Hrabik) Moser. Ronald grew up in Manitowoc and graduated from Lincoln High School with the class of 1955. Following high school, he attended Lakeland College to complete his degree. He married his high school sweetheart, the former Janet Lutz on September 14, 1957 at St. Paul’s Catholic Church in Manitowoc. Ronald worked as an accounting manager at Paragon Electric Company until his retirement. He was a member of the Manitowoc Elks Club and the Kiwanis Club. He was an avid golfer, enjoyed sports (especially watching football), and playing cards. Family was important to Ronald and he enjoyed the time spent together laughing and having fun.
Survivors include his wife, Janet; children, Gary Moser of Manitowoc, Greg Moser of Manitowoc, Lynn Moser of Sturgeon Bay, Jill (Todd) Andrychuk of Watertown, and Cindy (Greg) Paider of Valders; grandchildren, Haley Moser, Lexie Moser, Cameron Moser, Karleen (Arnold) Wernecke, Jonathan Moser, Kelsey Barnowsky, Maxwell Barnowsky, Cali Herrmann, Caleb Herrmann, Dustin (Brooklyn) Paider, and Kasandra Paider; great-grandchildren, Julian Wernecke, Evie Wernecke, Leo Wernecke, Jaiden Paider, Brooklyn Paider, and Jerome Paider; sister, Ann Baierl; brother, Jeff Moser; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth and Ruth Moser; sister, Ginger (James) Tomczyk; brother-in-law, Charles “Corky” Baierl; and nephew, Todd Tomczyk.
A funeral service will be at 11:30 a.m. on Monday, November 7, 2022 at the Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home with Deacon Alan Boeldt officiating. Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc. Following the burial, a luncheon for family and friends will be held at the Harrigan Parkside Gathering Center located on the south property of the funeral home.
