
WIAA Regional Girls Volleyball semifinals took place last night.
Division-1
Manitowoc Lincoln swept Oshkosh North in dominating style 25-7, 25-7, and 25-1.
The 2nd seeded Ships will host Oshkosh West in the Regional finals tomorrow night (October 22nd) at JFK Fieldhouse. The Wildcats needed 4-sets to beat West Bend West.
West Bend East defeated Sheboygan South 3-nothing. #5 seed Watertown had to work hard to get past Sheboygan North in 3, including 26-24 and 31-29 in the 2nd & 3rd sets.
Division-2
Fox Valley Lutheran was a winner over Kiel 25-15, 25-11, and 25-8. Luxemburg-Casco swept Plymouth.
Division-3
Southern Door and Manitowoc Lutheran battled in a 5-set match on Lancer Circle before the visiting Eagles prevailed 15-13 in the tie-breaker. #1 seed Howards Grove swept Algoma setting up their Regional championship match tomorrow night.
Brillion outlasted Valders in 4-sets and the Lions advance to meet 2nd-seeded Oostburg in the title match Saturday night. The Flying Dutch swept Sheboygan Area Lutheran.
Division-4
Hilbert lost to Rio in a 4-set match.
