The Wisconsin Elections Commission says it’s not sure about 12,000 requests for absentee ballots.
The Commission yesterday said they sent postcards to over 12,000 voters who requested an absentee ballot be sent to an address other than the one that’s on file.
The Elections Commission says the postcards are supposed to guard against people ordering absentee ballots for others.
The Commission will also send a postcard to the same 12-thousand-plus voters early next month informing them that someone asked for the ballot.
