A 20-year-old Plymouth man is dead following a crash last night.
According to the Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Office, the call came in reporting a crash on County Road AA at I-43 in the Town of Holland at around 9:45 p.m.
Investigators determined that the vehicle being driven by the yet unnamed victim was traveling east on AA when it struck a bridge column underneath I-43.
What exactly caused the crash has not yet been determined, and the incident remains under investigation.
The identity of the driver, who was the sole occupant of the vehicle, will be released today at around 11:00 a.m.
The Sheriff’s Office was aided on the scene by the Oostburg Fire Department, Jaws Unit, and First Responders, as well as Orange Cross Ambulance.
