The trial for a 47-year-old Kaukauna man arrested for possessing child pornography in 2015 has once again been delayed.
Travis Huss is facing 10 counts of Possession of Child Pornography after investigators found the images on his home computer.
To date, the trial has been delayed 34 times for a wide variety of reasons.
Huss has changed attorneys multiple times, a mistrial occurred in 2016, and other delays were for scheduling conflicts, and the COVID pandemic.
The latest delay is due to an eye injury suffered by Defense Attorney Chadwick Kaehne.
The trial was supposed to begin on October 25th, but Kaehne is slated to have surgery on his eye on the 21st, so Outagamie County Judge Mitchell Metropulos approved the request.
The trial is now scheduled to begin on November 29th.
