Incumbent U.S. Senator Ron Johnson has made up some ground and claimed a slim lead to keep his seat.
The latest Marquette Poll was released Wednesday and it shows the top two races on the November ballot in Wisconsin are very tight.
The Republican Johnson leads Democratic challenger Mandela Barnes by a single point – well within the poll’s margin of error.
The same poll has incumbent Democratic Governor Tony Evers leading Republican challenger Tim Michels by three points – also within the margin of error.
