Negotiators have reportedly reached an agreement to head off a nurses’ strike at UW Health.
The nurses want their union to be recognized for negotiations.
The settlement will be reviewed by the union membership and the University Hospital and Clinics Authority before the deal becomes official.
If both sides approve the three-day strike set to begin Tuesday will be called off.
Governor Tony Evers reportedly helped broker the deal.
