Former Wisconsin Badger, Green Bay Packer, and Jacksonville Jaguar Don Davey has seen the after effects of Hurricane Maria in Puerto Rico, and the Manitowoc native and Lincoln High School graduate is trying to lend a hand to its people. Davey tells us at Seehafer News that he visited the American territory several weeks ago.
Davey, who resides in Jacksonville and owns several Firehouse Subs restaurants in Florida, is now part of on online competition to help renew normalcy in the American territory. Called the Viktre Challenge: Power for Puerto Rico, Davey and 1600 former and current professional athletes are involved in the month long fundraising effort.
