The Wisconsin Department of Justice has filed election fraud charges against activist Harry Wait for obtaining absentee ballots in other people’s names.
Wait says he did that to show the system isn’t secure.
The Union Grove man went online to request absentee ballots for Racine Mayor Cory Mason and Assembly Speaker Robin Vos.
The 68-year-old Wait says the charges should be dropped and the My Vote Wisconsin system should be taken offline.
