Assembly Speaker Robin Vos says he is rescinding subpoenas issued to two Wisconsin mayors that were connected to the review of the 2020 presidential election.
Special Counsel Michael Gableman had called for the arrest of Green Bay Mayor Eric Genrich and Madison Mayor Satya Rhodes-Conway after they refused to answer questions behind closed doors.
Gableman was fired earlier this month and the election investigation was shut down after 14 months and no evidence of fraud.
