The final holdout homeowners have reached a million-dollar settlement with Mount Pleasant officials.
For five years Jim and Kim Mahoney have refused to sell their property for what they felt was an unfair price.
The agreement was reached Monday.
They have to have their home moved from the Foxconn site by next January.
It will be placed at a new location about five miles away.
A village spokesperson says the Mahoney received what all landowners in that part of Racine County got – 140 percent of the market value of their property.
