The hottest team in Major League Baseball, the L.A. Dodgers, shut out the Brewers on four hits Monday night (August 15th) 4-0.
The Dodgers had just seen their 12-game winning streak snapped over the weekend.
They are 20-4 since the All-Star break. Freddy Julio Urias and four relievers combined on the shutout.
Freddy Peralta started and took the loss for Milwaukee at home.
The Brewers’ offense was so ineffective it managed to strike out four times in the sixth inning against L.A. reliever Chris Martin.
Andrew McCutchen reached base on a third-strike passed ball.
Milwaukee tries to even the series tonight at American Family Field behind right-hander Brandon Woodruff.
