The man who played a big role in restoring the glory for the Green Bay Packers has finally made the leap into the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
LeRoy Butler, a four-time All-Pro safety, was enshrined Saturday.
Butler played 12 years for the Packers while putting his stamp on the legendary franchise.
He originated the “Lambeau Leap” and came up with an important sack in Green Bay’s Super Bowl win over New England.
Butler could have complained about waiting to be named to the Hall longer than he should have but he stayed positive.
