The Manitowoc Bandits trimmed Denmark 8-to-6 last night (August 3rd) in the opening game of the best-of-3 Shoreland League semifinal playoff series.
The visiting Bandits snapped a 5-5 tie in the top of the 9th on AJ Dollinger’s 3-run homer to grab the win over the Devilbears.
Manager Chris Cisler’s ballclub will host game 2 of the series Friday night at Municipal Field.
First pitch is set for 7:30 p.m.
