A Two Rivers man who ran over a Brillion man in 2014 has been sentenced.
29-year-old Christopher A. Scott was found guilty due to a no contest plea on a charge of Injury by Intoxicated use of a Motor Vehicle.
Judge Jerilyn Dietz sentenced Scott to spend two years imprisonment followed by three and a half years of extended supervision.
The incident occurred in the early morning hours of November 2nd, 2014, in the 1200 block of Arlington Avenue in Manitowoc.
An argument had broken out, and while fleeing in a vehicle, Scott drove over a curb and ran over a 21-year-old Brillion man, whose name was never released.
The man was taken to Holy Family for treatment of a fractured leg.
As a part of his sentence, Scott must pay court and supervision fees and must maintain absolute sobriety and full-time employment, schooling, work search, or a combination thereof.
He does already have credit for spending 203 days in the Manitowoc County Jail, leaving him with 527 days left to serve.
