
The man who threw a bag of drugs out of his vehicle during a police chase has now officially been charged.
28-year-old Jarvis Starks is facing numerous charges including Possession of Fentanyl, and Cocaine, each with Intent to Deliver, 1st Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety, and Fleeing or Eluding an Officer, and his bail was set at $250,000.
Sheriff’s Deputies in Fond du Lac County picked up a chase that began in Winnebago County at around 10:00 p.m. on July 19th.
Starks threw a large white bag out of the vehicle during the chase, which contained the drugs.
He ended up crashing his vehicle after fleeing for just short of 14 miles.
K9 officers were also called in to search for him after he fled on foot.
Starks is due back in court for a preliminary hearing on August 4th.
