After missing out on a couple of recruiting targets they really wanted, Wisconsin coaches got some good news over the weekend.
Defensive lineman David Stone of IMG Academy in Florida says Wisconsin “is like a second home” to him.
Stone says he enjoys spending time in Madison and feels like he will be more comfortable playing football and growing as a person in the Badgers program.
He is a prospect for the UW recruiting class of 2024.
Stone has offers from high-profile programs like Arkansas, Michigan, Michigan State, Notre Dame, Oklahoma, Texas, Texas A&M, and USC.
His uncle is former Badgers basketball great Marcus Landry.
