
A Dane County judge is giving Assembly Speaker Robin Vos another chance to produce the records requested by a liberal watchdog group.
American Oversight wants to view the documents connected to the investigation of the 2020 presidential election in Wisconsin that has been conducted by former state Supreme Court Justice Michael Gableman.
Circuit Judge Valerie Bailey-Rihn has ordered Vos to pay statutory and attorney fees to American Oversight, but she denied the group’s request for punitive damages.
