Wisconsin native Jerry Kelly has won the Bridgestone Senior Players Championship for the second time in three years.
He had two late birdies to edge defending champion, fellow Badger, and good friend Steve Stricker – who was the defending champ.
Kelly closed with a two-under 68 Sunday while taking the lead for good on 16.
For the tournament, the 55-year-old competitor from Madison was 11-under on Firestone’s South Course.
Kelly has 10 PGA Champions Tour victories.
