Governor Walker Delivers 8th State Of The State Speech

Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker is expected to announce his plan for stabilizing the Obamacare marketplace in Wisconsin when he delivers his State of the State address this afternoon.  Walker will seek a federal reinsurance waiver as part of an effort to lower insurance premiums for more than 200-thousand customers in Wisconsin.  In addition to health care, the Republican is expected to discuss juvenile prisons in his eighth annual speech to the Legislature.  He will take the podium at 3:00 p-m in front of a joint meeting of the state Assembly and Senate.
