We now know when the Two Rivers man charged in a child’s death will be back in court.
Matthew Brown-Edwards’ new jury trial is scheduled to begin on Monday, September 26th.
Brown-Edwards is accused of shaking the 2-month-old child causing her to become unconscious.
She later died while at Children’s Hospital in Milwaukee.
According to Manitowoc County District Attorney Jacalyn LaBre, his initial trial ended in a mistrial after the jury became tainted.
She could not elaborate any further.
Brown-Edwards is facing charges of 1st Degree Reckless Homicide, Child Abuse Causing Great Bodily Harm, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
