Brown County to Celebrate 200 Years

Brown County is celebrating their 200^th year in existence this year, and have planned several events to commemorate their bicentennial year. County Executive Troy Streckenbach stated, “To celebrate this once in a lifetime opportunity, I wanted to establish a community committee to help coordinate with established Brown County groups to hold events throughout 2018 recognizing our past, present and future.” The County has set up a website, so citizens can keep up with all the events taking place throughout the year.
