Wisconsin will host the U-S Senior Open Championship for the first time in 15 years when the event comes to Stevens Point next year.
The 43rd USGA championship will be played on 200-acre SentryWorld Golf Course next year from June 29th to July 3rd.
Early bird ticket packages are already available with weekly gallery tickets starting at $135.
Organizers are looking for more than two-thousand volunteers.
The course has been undergoing renovations for the past two years to get ready.
The fairways have been narrowed, bunkers rearranged, and underground maintenance and irrigation networks have been installed.
Madison native Steve Stricker won the Senior Open three years ago and came up one shot off the lead last weekend.
