Two Rivers Man Sentenced in Teen Sex Case

A Two Rivers man has received his sentence after being convicted of sexually assaulting a teen. 59 year old Mark Mathews will spend 60 days in jail, followed by two years of probation. Mathews was arrested in May of last year, after he sexually assaulted a 16 year old girl. He turned himself into police to “avoid the embarrassment of people coming to my house in squad cars. Mathews was convicted on charges of Exposing Genitals, and Sex with a Child Age 16 or Older.
