A three-run homer by Tyrone Taylor was the big blow for the Brewers in their 6-4 win over St. Louis Thursday afternoon.
Willy Adames also had a home run as the Brewers split the four-game series.
Tasting victory for the fifth time in the last seven games, Milwaukee moved back into a tie for first place in the National League Central Division standings with the Cardinals.
The two teams at the top of the division have met a dozen times this season with each side winning six.
They will play each other seven more times.
The Brewers welcome Toronto to American Family Field starting tonight (June 24th) for a weekend series.
Adrian Houser will start the first game with coverage on 107.9 FM WOMT starting at 6:35 p.m.
