The former City Administrator for the City of Plymouth has filed a lawsuit against the City.
Jordan Skiff was fired last October although no reason was ever given.
When asked, City officials simply said that they do not comment on personnel matters.
In his suit, Skiff says that he was fired only nine months into his job for he was told was a “vague lack of confidence”.
He claims that the firing was in violation of his contract and that it was “detrimental” to his finances.
It is not clear yet how much Skiff is suing for.
