A Green Bay man has been arrested after he allegedly sexually assaulted a teenage girl.
22-year-old Sergio Chavez-Martinez is facing two counts of 2nd Degree Sexual Assault with Use of Force, False Imprisonment, Possession of THC, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
The assault reportedly occurred on April 23rd, with the 16-year-old victim telling authorities that Chavez-Martinez forced her to drink alcohol saying “If you don’t drink with me I will kill you.”
When he drove her home, he refused to unlock the vehicle and allegedly told her “You’re not leaving until I get what I want.”
He then allegedly forced her into the back of the vehicle and assaulted her.
If convicted on all counts, Chavez-Martinez could spend as many as 86 and a half years in prison.
