The woman accused of killing her dogs in a park and ride in Howard has pleaded not guilty.
56-year-old Pamela McNeill is facing two counts of Mistreatment of Animals Causing Death after she reportedly hung her two Pomeranians from the trees at the park and ride on February 14th.
After she was arrested, McNeill reportedly told police that the canines were misbehaving.
This reportedly meant that they growled, but never bit or snapped at her.
McNeill will be back in court on August 30th, but no trial date was set.
If convicted, McNeill could spend as many as 7 years in prison.
