The first half of the Midwest League Season started out well for the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers but has since gone downhill.
For the first time this season, the Rattlers are in the midst of a five-game losing streak and have been knocked out of playoff contention for the first half of the season.
The Rattlers lost to the Great Lakes Loons Friday, 3-0, Saturday 8-6, and Sunday 2-3.
They will take today off as they try to collect themselves, before starting another six-game series, this time at home.
They will start off their series against the Quad Cities River Bandits at 6:40 tomorrow evening on Pride Night.
The Rattlers have won 10 out of the 12 games they have played against the Bandits so far this year.
