The Manitowoc County man accused of ordering the punishment that led to the death of a 7-year-old boy has been released on bond.
No trial date for Timothy Hauschultz has been set.
He is charged with felony murder, child abuse, and several other counts for telling his son Damian, who was 14 at the time, to punish Ethan Hauschultz.
A hearing was put on the court calendar for July 13th to review evidence from related juvenile cases to determine what information will be allowed in the trial.
Juvenile court records are usually sealed and can’t be used in adult court trials.
