The Milwaukee Bucks have promoted assistant coach Charles Lee to the position of associate coach in an effort to keep him on board.
Lee will take the place of Darvin Ham who has left to become the head coach for the Los Angeles Lakers.
The 37-year-old Lee did really have any competition for the higher position within the NBA organization.
He has been interviewed for multiple head coaching jobs over the last three years – and he is still in the running to be the head coach for the Utah Jazz.
