The special prosecutor who has been investigating the 2020 presidential election in Wisconsin has been ordered to testify before a judge today.
An attorney for former state Supreme Court Justice Michael Gableman has argued he has a staff member whose job it is to testify in legal challenges.
He says Gableman’s testimony isn’t necessary.
The judge has disagreed.
Gableman’s office is being sued by the liberal group American Oversight for the way it has handled open records requests while conducting the election review.
So far, Gableman has refused to testify.
