Shipbuilders Credit Union has announced the hiring of a new Vice President of Retail Services.
Carrie Pleasant brings to the position more than 20 years of credit union experience, along with her recent experience as Assistant Vice President/Branch Manager at Nicolet National Bank/Investors Community Bank.
As VP of Retail Services Pleasant will be responsible for generating retail expansion, and developing and executing strategies that achieve member acquisition, retention, and relationship goals.
This includes overseeing and directing the activities of the branch locations, ensuring the delivery of excellent member service, and managing retail and sales activities including the deposit program.
Pleasant said in a news release, “I’m looking forward to joining the Shipbuilders Credit Union team and serving the Lakeshore community that I call home.”
