The Manitowoc Public School District’s Board of Education has two closed session meetings scheduled over the next several days.
The first of these meetings is scheduled for 2:00 this afternoon.
The only item on the agenda for today’s meeting is to interview candidates to serve as the interim superintendent.
They will be doing the same thing next week Tuesday, also at 2:00 p.m., but they may also enter an open session to take action.
Meaning, we may know by this time next week who will be serving as the interim superintendent of the Manitowoc Public School District.
This person will remain in the position until a permanent superintendent is hired.
The Board’s Executive Committee will also gather today at 6:00 p.m.
They will look over any complaints or concerns they have received before looking over their gender pronoun policy.
They will also discuss the hiring of a new Human Resources Director and will enter a closed session to discuss personnel matters.
