The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner reports the 18-year-old student pilot hurt in a plane crash last week has died.
Daniel Perelman was declared brain dead Saturday.
His single-engine plane crashed into a home’s backyard last Thursday.
Perelman was extricated from the wreckage in critical condition with severe head injuries.
Witnesses say he took off from Timmerman Airport, made one pass, landed the plane, took off again, then radioed that the craft was having engine problems and he didn’t know what to do.
Officials say it wasn’t his first solo flight.
