The April 2022 home sales numbers are in. According to the Wisconsin Realtors Association, there were significantly fewer homes sold last month compared to April 2021.
Last year, 97 homes were sold locally, while last month there were only 73, which is a near 25% decline.
That being said, the price of the homes that were sold were virtually identical.
The average price last month was $155,000, which is $10 less than April 2021.
The days on the market was relatively unchanged as well, with the average home only staying on the market for three additional days.

The average price for a home rose 13% to $265,500, and they spent 69 days on the market, which is an 18% decline.
The number of sales were also down 14.8% to 6,124.
