As motorists are seeing at the pumps, gas is over $4.00 a gallon, it’s even higher for aviation fuel.
Brian Linger, the manager of the local airport told Seehafer News, “At this exact moment, at this airport, we are charging $6.15 for 100 low lead it’s called. That is the highest I’ve ever seen.”
However, Linger says it appears as though the price of fuel has not discouraged aviation enthusiasts.
He said, “I can’t speak for everyone, but I still see people flying.”
Linger added, “It’s good to see that people are continuing to do that even with these high fuel prices.”
