Manitowoc Lincoln track and field athletes competed Monday at the WIAA Division-1 Regional at Neenah.
In total, the Ships advance to the Sectional at West Bend in 22 events, thanks to a top-4 finish.
Regional champions included Mason Gates in the 1600 and 3200 meters, Marlon Stewart in the high jump, Jenna Miller won the 200-meter dash, and Audrey Rabitz and Zach Bergner in the 800 meters.
Tessa Campbell was part of three Ships’ victories, after capturing the 100 and 400 meters and anchoring the winning 4-x-by-400 meter relay that also consisted of Breanna Jansky, Audrey Rabitz, and Lexi Brey.
Fond du Lac was the girl’s team champion with Lincoln placing 3rd out of 8 schools with 115 points.
Neenah walked away with the boy’s crown and the Ships ended up 5th with 96-points.
