A Fond du Lac County jury has found a 33-year-old man guilty of killing his grandmother.
Investigators say Gregory A. Spittel was upset with the victim because she gave information to the police that resulted in his arrest and caused him to lose custody of his children.
75-year-old Carole Foreman was beaten in her home in August of 2019.
He left her severely injured and asked a neighbor to call 9-1-1 the next day.
She died at a hospital a few days later.
Spittel is scheduled to be sentenced on July 20th.
