There was a fire early yesterday morning in De Pere.
Crews were dispatched to the 1100 block of Fay Court at around 6:00 a.m. to find a detached garage completely engulfed in flames, and moving to the exterior of a home.
All residents of the home were already evacuated, so crews got to work battling the inferno.
The outside of the home the garage belonged to did receive some damage, as did a neighboring residence and garage, but the garage where the fire started was deemed a total loss.
There were also vehicles and items inside the garage that were lost as well, putting the damage estimate at $300,000.
No injuries were reported, and it is not clear at this time what started the fire.
