It is still not clear if the suspect in a high-profile murder case in Green Bay is competent enough to stand trial.
24-year-old Taylor Schabusiness was in court yesterday where the defense’s psychologist recommended further evaluation.
This comes after a previous examination determined she was able to understand court proceedings and aid in her own defense.
An evidentiary hearing was scheduled for next week Thursday to hear testimony from both experts.
If deemed incompetent, Schabusiness would likely be ordered to undergo psychiatric treatment.
She has been charged with 1st Degree Intentional Homicide, Mutilating a Corpse, and 3rd Degree Sexual Assault in the death of 25-year-old Shad Thyrion.
