The Wisconsin Timber Rattlers have had a pretty good start to the season.
They ended their last series on a three-game win streak, and improved their record to 17-10, with 6 of those wins coming in walk-off fashion.
Those wins have been huge, as they are only two games out of first place in the Midwest League’s West Division.
The Cedar Rapids Kernels hold the top spot and are on their own two-game win streak.
Wisconsin may have something to worry about in the South Bend Cubs, as they are on a six-game win streak, and are only 4 games out of first.
The Rattlers look to continue their winning ways tonight with the start of a six-game series against the Quad Cities River Bandits.
The last time the two teams met, the Rattlers won five of six games but lost the final game of the series 18-1.
Tonight’s game at Modern Woodmen Park in Davenport Iowa is scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m.
