Manitowoc Lincoln battled Notre Dame and 30-mile-per-hour winds last night to outlast the host Tritons 14-to-9.
The FRCC boys baseball game lasted 3-hours and 10-minutes before the Ships prevailed.
Ashton Portmann was 3 for 4 with 3 RBI’s, Noah Wech went 3-for-5 also with 3 runs batted in while Bryce Erdmann and Walker Linboom each added a pair of hits.
Erdmann, who also started the game on the mound, had an RBI double in the victory, Lincoln’s 9th in conference against 3 losses.
Brock Peterson and Brayden Steinbecker also pitched in relief.
The Ships are one game back in the conference title chase and are scheduled to play at Green Bay Preble this afternoon.
