A Manitowoc man was taken into police custody over the weekend after he was caught on camera attempting to enter a home.
An officer was notified of suspicious behavior in the 1200 block of South 26th Street at around 6:00 a.m. on Sunday.
The officer received video surveillance from a Ring Video Doorbell through the Neighbors App, and saw a man attempt to enter a home.
When he learned the door was locked the suspect left.
He was later seen walking near the Marathon gas station on Washington Street, so the officer approached him. While the man initially gave a false name, he was later identified and arrested.
He was also found to be in possession of a folding knife and a fixed blade knife.
The suspect was charged with Obstructing an Officer and Carrying a Concealed weapon alongside ten Felony Bail Jumping charges.
In those previous cases, the suspect was charged with Obstructing an Officer three times, Retail Theft four times, Disorderly Conduct five times, and charges of Battery, and Possession of a Controlled Substance.
