It will be a busy day in the City of Manitowoc today, as four meetings are on the docket.
First up will be the Committee on Aging, which will gather at the Senior Center at 1:30 p.m.
They will be discussing some upcoming day trips to a Brewer game, and to the Anderson Japanese and Lavender Gardens, before discussing the need for volunteers for their upcoming open house.
Then at 4:00 p.m., the Board of Public Works will convene in the Council Chambers.
The only item on their agenda is taking bids for the installation of a boat dock fender system.
The Manitowoc Public Utilities Commission will also gather at 4:00 p.m., but they have not yet released an agenda.
Closing out the day will be the Public Safety Committee, which will be in the Council Chambers at 5:30 p.m.
They will be looking over a request to modify the on-street parking regulations for the downtown area and will hold a discussion regarding pedestrian crossing near Wisconsin Aluminum Foundry on South 18th Street.
These are the only meetings for the week in the Clipper City.
