Bail is set at $50,000 cash for a 22-year-old Manitowoc man for allegedly sexually assaulting runaway children.
Charges filed against Trenton Ploederl include First Degree Sexual Assault without Consent, Sexual Intercourse with a Child Age 16 or older and Sexual Exploitation of a Child among several others.
One victim came forward with a complaint to the Manitowoc County Department of Human Services last month, and they informed Manitowoc Police.
One victim told officers that Ploederl was aware of her age and knew that she was a runaway.
It was also discovered that the male suspect has had multiple inappropriate sexual contacts with juvenile females.

Conditions of bail include that Ploederl have no contact with anyone under the age of 18 and not use or possess any internet-enabled device.
He remains in the County Jail with his initial appearance scheduled for May 9th at 1:30 p.m.
