Antetokounmpo scored 24 points, had 13 rebounds, and a dozen assists.
Jrue Holiday led Milwaukee scoring with 25 points.
Jayson Tatum topped the Celtics with 21.
The victory essentially switches the home-court advantage to Milwaukee in their second-round playoff series against the Celtics.
The Bucks lead the series one game to none with game two set for Tuesday night in Boston.
