
The Wisconsin Timber Rattlers were humbled this past week during a series in Peoria Illinois.
The Appleton Based Rattlers entered the series last week with the Chief boasting a, 11-4 record, but only picked up one win at Dozer Park.
On Saturday, the Chiefs blasted the Rattlers 12-2 and followed that up on Sunday with a 6-4 win, where the home team hit three home runs.
Wisconsin pitchers gave up a total of 20 hits over the weekend and six unearned runs.
The Brewers High-A affiliate will take today off to regroup before beginning a home series against the Fort Wayne TinCaps.
TJ Shook will take the mound for the Rattlers at Fox Cities Stadium and Ryan Bergert with start for the TinCaps.
