According to citizen reports, there was a significant crash in Manitowoc yesterday morning.
A citizen told Seehafer News that the incident occurred near the on and off-ramps for I-43 on Highway 151 at around 10:15 a.m.
The witness said that there were at least two vehicles involved, and one of them ended up in a ditch.
We contacted the Manitowoc Police Department for more information, but they said they would not be releasing anything until tomorrow.
